All orders are delivered by either DPD or Fedex and you will receive a despatch email and a tracking email direct from the courier as soon as it leaves our premises. You can use the tracking emails to rearrange your delivery, choose a safe place or nominate a neighbour if you aren't going to be in.
Next Day delivery is based upon orders placed up to noon each working day, and is not available for framed canvases.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands may take an extra couple of days and carry an additional cost.

How quickly will I get my order?
Dont worry - we're super speedy! We offer a priority next day delivery if ordered before 11am & we offer FREE delivery arriving within 2-3 working days. You'll see your expected delivery window in the checkout and in your order confirmation
Is my order trackable?
Absolutely. We will always produce your order as quickly as possible and you'll get a dispatch email to let you know it's on its way.
All orders will be delivered by Fedex or DPD, so you will get notifications on the day of delivery confirming your expected delivery window
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Off Shore Islands and Channel Islands)
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Of course! We offer a completely no-quibble 60 day return policy

How do I return my item if it’s not right?
Please securely repackage your order in its original box, with the order number clearly marked on the box. The return must be in its original packaging and reach us in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund. The return postage will be at your own arrangement and cost. Most customers use the Post Office or a courier such as Parcelforce or Evri to arrange their return.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault or damage to your order, please visit our portal here with your order number, specific details and photos of the fault or damage so our customer services team can assist you with a replacement
Will my art look the same as it does on screen?
We do our absolute best to ensure the photos on the website are as close as possible to the printed artwork, but due to varying screen settings, minor colour variations are always a possibility. If you are trying to match to a specific colour, please email us at info@artprintshop.co.uk and request a sample of the artwork you are interested in
