Who are Art Print Shop?
We are a UK boutique art house that curates art from independent artists from around the world. Each design is hand-crafted within the UK. Unlike most competitors, we don’t mass-produce, import, or outsource production, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
When will I get my order?
Free delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, though this may extend by 1 working day during busy times. The expected delivery window is shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. Canvases and Framed Prints are delivered by FedEx or DPD, providing regular notifications and an estimated delivery window on the morning of delivery. Next Day delivery is available for orders placed by noon on the previous working day.
Can I track my order?
All of our orders are delivered by courier, so you'll receive a text and/or email from either DPD or FedEx confirming your order is on its way once we dispatch it. On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive a text and/or email directly from DPD or FedEx confirming your expected delivery window, as well as options to leave your parcel with a neighbour or safe place.
Can I stop an order once placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be stopped as it is part of an automated production service. However, you can return it for a full product refund if you send your order back to us within 60 days of the delivery date.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, for canvas prints and framed prints, international postage is often as much as the product price, so currently we do not offer international delivery.
Is your website secure?
Please be assured our website is completely secure. We take the security of our website very seriously and use Stripe to process our payments, which is a trusted, fully secure payment merchant used by companies like Amazon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Klarna.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. In the unlikely event you need to return your artwork to us, please click here within 60 days of receiving your order. The return must be in its original packaging and reach us in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund. The return postage will be at your own expense. In the unlikely event there is damage in transit to your order, please click here so our customer services team can assist you with a replacement.
Will my art look like it does on my screen?
We only use high-resolution printers and premium quality, genuine inks to ensure vivid colour reproduction. We do our absolute best to ensure colour correctness as much as we possibly can. However, due to the varying quality and settings on screens, minor colour variations are a possibility. Art Print Shop does not guarantee that the colours you see via your screen or device will exactly match the actual colour of the artwork you receive. All artworks are reproductions of the original art and will not contain any texture other than that already contained in the substrate that the image is printed onto, i.e., canvas, art paper, or wood if a coaster.
Will my artwork be high quality?
Art Print Shop prides itself on producing high-quality wall art, built to last. We only use the finest materials to reproduce your art, and all our products are handmade by professionals under the strictest quality control conditions.
